What should you bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. You do not need specialist dance shoes for your first lesson.
Choose comfortable shoes that remain secure on your feet and avoid footwear with heavy grip. Bring water and arrive a few minutes early so that you have time to settle in.
Most importantly, come prepared to learn. Mistakes are a normal and useful part of starting any new dance.
